Membership and Billing
With your order you'll become a customer of NTT Europe Online GmbH in Germany - the European headquarters of the Web Hosting division of NTT Europe Online.
You will be billed in English pounds and you'll pay by remitting to a UK based bank account. If you are already a customer of NTT Europe Online Ltd. in UK, this new product will be billed by NTT Europe Online GmbH, all others will stay with NTT Europe Online Ltd.
If you want all of your products to be billed by NTT Europe Online GmbH in the future, we need you to agree to the following:

§312d Distance Selling Act
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, the customer is free from any binding contract if the order is revoked within two weeks from the start date of the contract.
The revokement must be sent in writing (letter, fax, email) to:

The date of post mark will be taken as the date on which the revocation is received, respectively the date of receipt of fax or email.
The above conditions do not apply to products which have been prepared to customer specifications or personalised to the customer, e.g. registration of domain names on explicit customer request.
