Membership and Billing
With your order you'll become a customer of Verio Europe GmbH in Germany - the European headquarters of the Web Hosting division of Verio Europe.
You will be billed in English pounds and you'll pay by remitting to a UK based bank account. If you are already a customer of Verio Europe Ltd. in UK, this new product will be billed by Verio Europe GmbH, all others will stay with Verio Europe Ltd.
If you want all of your products to be billed by Verio Europe GmbH in the future, we need you to agree to the following:

Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal from the contract:
You are entitled to withdraw your contractual declaration (without any obligation to state reasons) within a period of 14 days in writing (e. g. via letter, fax, e-mail). Such time period commences with receipt of this information on withdrawal in writing, in case of distance selling contracts for services (§ 312b para. 1 clause 1 BGB), this period shall not commence before the conclusion of the relevant contract and not before performance of our duty of information corresponding to article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our duties under the term of § 312e para. 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the withdrawal is sufficient to keep the term. Such withdrawal is to be addressed as follows:

Please note the consequences of such withdrawal:
In case of an effective withdrawal, the parties shall be obliged to return whatever has been received in performance of the contract and any benefits derived therefrom (e. g. interest). You may have the obligation to fulfil your contractual payment obligations for the period of time until the withdrawal takes effect. Your right of withdrawal shall lapse early if you expressly declare that both parties com-pletely fulfilled the contract before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
Please also note the following specific information:
Your right of withdrawal shall be excluded for any services rendered to you, if such services were customized to your specifications (domain names) or clearly geared to your needs. In addition, the right of withdrawal shall be excluded for any software we deliver on data carriers on the basis of a distance selling contract if you break the seal of such data carriers, and for any distance selling con-tracts for telecommunication-based services which are rendered, upon your request, directly via tele-phone or fax, in one single phone call and/or fax, unless such services are financial services.
