Objects - depending on account size you can manage reservations of a different number of objects, e.g. rent holiday homes, lend bicycles or reserve dates in your hairdresser's. You can also divide the objects, so e.g. you can rent 3 holiday homes and lend 5 bicycles. The number of identical objects, e.g. identical restaurant tables, is limited to 20. 

Customer options – You can set up options for your bookable resources, which can be chosen by your customers during reservation. This means you could e.g. offer a separate children’s cot for your holiday home.

 

 

Customer account - an advanced customer account enables your logged-in customers to check the status of their reservations.

 

Currencies - You can enter your prices in multiple currencies.

 

Tell-a-friend - Customers find next to your product/service the possibility, to enter the email address of a friend and send them an email about your offer.

Standard payment methods - The standard payment methods prepayment, cash on delivery and invoice are possible in all ePlanners.

PayPal, PayPal Pro, PayPal Express - PayPal is an online payment system which is maintained by eBay. Every PayPal customer has an online account which can be balanced by credit card, direct debit or bank transfer. Using the email address the customer leaves in your ePlanner, you can collect the money from his PayPal account. Prerequisite for you as ePlanner administrator is to set up an account with PayPal.

ClickandBuy - ClickandBuy is an online payment system. Customers either need to register or to establish a prepaid account. Going through the order process in your ePlanner, the customer will be directed to the payment site of ClickandBuy, where he completes the payment and is redirected to your ePlanner. Prerequisite for you as ePlanner administrator is to set up a premium account with ClickandBuy.

Directebanking.com - This payment method instant transfer can be offered through the company Payment Network AG. The order amount will be transferred directly from the customer's online banking account to your merchant account. This payment method is certified by the TÜV and boasts TÜV-audited transaction security. Prerequisite for you as ePlanner administrator is a registration with directebanking.com.

Monyebookers - Moneybookers is an e-money institute and offers all key national and international payment methods from one source. The money will be transferred in real time; this means that it is available immediately. You can offer your customers the Moneybookers wallet and all additional payment methods. Prerequisite for you as ePlanner administrator is that you register with Moneybookers and activate the respective payment options.

Saferpay - Saferpay is an internet payment platform that was developed for use in e-commerce by Swiss companies and also is operated in Switzerland. Saferpay communicates with all the major European banks and has direct connections to the global credit card networks. Before entering payment-related data, customers are forwarded to the Saferpay platform. There, the customer fulfills his payment. Prerequisite for you as ePlanner administrator is to register with Saferpay and order the Saferpay eCommerce package.

Invoices, delivery notes, credit notes - For every order you can create several documents like invoices, delivery notes and credit notes. Existent data like address and products ordered will be inherited. Furthermore, you can add texts yourself.

Number of shipping methods - Shipping methods can be valid for all countries that are configured for your eStore or only for certain regions. This enables you e.g. to set up different shipping fees for a delivery abroad.

 

Resources

Languages- You can switch the language of your front end (what your customers/visitors see) and your backend (what yourself see for administration purposes) between English and French, and accordingly your visitors can do so.

Number of pages/categories - For a certain number of pages/categories, you can create editorial contents (pages) or sort other pages of your homepage into (e.g. About us, Our offers).

Subcategories- You can add subcategories to a category, e.g. "Our products" and below "jackets" and "shoes"

Design

Setup assistant - a design assistant leads you step by step through the most important settings for the creation of your homepage. You don't need any HTML or programming expertise. Instead, you can use a powerful editor with many functions, which is capable of formats, tables, links, etc.

Individual design options - Having chosen a design template, you can adapt this template to your needs. E.g. you can hide site elements, change the background colour, add background pictures or change formats.

User-defined navigation elements - in addition to the navigation elements of the design template you can add numerous additional navigation elements (e.g. Search, Link to Imprint, Ts&Cs, or Login) to different positions of your homepage.

Design and picture layouts - You can choose from more than 100 design templates, which are categorized into categories and sectors. Furthermore, you can choose from numerous picture templates to add to your homepage.

Features

Blogs - in a blog (also: weblog), you can inform the visitors of your site about news in form of a diary. The visitors of your homepage can leave notes to your entries. You as administrator of the homepage can constrain who is allowed to read and to leave comments.

Guestbooks- a guestbook enables the visitors of your homepage to publish texts on your homepage. They can leave opinions, notes or criticism. Again, you as administrator can constrain who is allowed to read and to leave comments.

Forums- In a forum, visitors of your homepage can exchange information about various topics. You can start discussions and write texts for them. Again, you as administrator can constrain who is allowed to create entries.

Picture galleries- In a picture gallery you can present pictures as picture bar or as slide show on your homepage. You can add a short description text for each picture.

Flash - You can create an animated introduction that will be shown before the home page or add flash elements to small areas of your homepage as eyecatcher.

Gadgets - You can add numerous external page contents to your homepage. This allows you to offer additional information and entertainment to our visitors. e.g. weather forecast or joke of the day.

RSS Feeds - these you can embed similar to a news ticker as list with short news from other websites to your homepage. A link leads to the full news story on the other website.

Search functionality- With basic search your visitors can do a quick search over all contents and products. You as administrator can check which terms your customers have searched for. With advanced search your visitors furthermore can define the categories they want to search in and limit the hits per page.

Marketing

Google Sitemap - In addition to the easy regsitration of your website with Google directly from the administration area you can as well easily create and submit an XML sitemap for Google with a single click. This assures that Google regularly indexes all of your pages.

Newsletter - create personalized newsletters. You can resort to HTML templates using colours that are defined for your homepage, view a preview and even test sending the newsletter. Registration and Unregistration to the newsletter can also be accomplished via your homepage.

Vouchers- You can grant many different price rebates and also integrate vouchers to your newsletter. You can follow up which vouchers have been cashed in the backend.

Customer/User groups - customer/user groups are the basis for other features, e.g. for newsletters. You can create any number of groups.

Manual cross-selling - If you manually create a link between two products, the area "references" will list all products that are linked to the product shown. This enables you turn the attention of interested customers to other products that could be interesting for them.

Product comparisons- Your customers can mark products and compare them. The products will then be compared in a table with all visible attributes. For sure, you as shop administrator decide if you want to activate this function.

Preparation for Trusted Shops and SafeBuy - Your eStore is optimally prepared for the pre-certification by Trusted Shops and SafeBuy. After receiving the certification you can also display the logos in your eStore.

E-Mail

Email accounts - You can create up to this maximum number of email accounts for your domain.

Email disk space - This disk space is exclusively for your emails. The disk space for your website is excluded.
